This program is a five day indepth learning experience. Leaders focus on setting direction, building relationships, creating accountability, and living their convictions. Leading Change:

Two days of focusing specifically on your change. Typically, participants comes in teams to design their organizational change. Can be customized for any size team or teams. Based on the program, Dr. Jennings co-designed and delivered globally for Microsofts leaders..

Presenting Under Pressure:

A direct approach to getting out your message and handling the toughest audiences. Particpants learn how to prepare, deliver, and follow up on critical messages.
